- Partner & representative details — for our sales representatives and affiliate referral partners, we also collect onboarding and tax information (such as a W‑9 and electronic signature) needed to work with us and process commissions.
- Technical & security data — IP address and basic device/browser information, used to secure our platform and prevent abuse.

- To respond to your quote or service request and provide AT&T sales and support services.
- To contact you about your request or account by phone, email, or text message.
- For account security, including two‑factor authentication (2FA) login codes.
- To onboard sales representatives and affiliate partners and to calculate and pay commissions.
- To send account and service notifications (for example, appointment reminders, lead assignments, and status updates).
3. Text messaging (SMS)
With your consent, we send account and service text messages to sales representatives, affiliate partners, and customers who request contact. No mobile information — including your phone number, text‑messaging opt‑in, or consent — will ever be sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text‑messaging originator opt‑in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described below and are not shared with anyone.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide our services:
- Service providers that operate our platform on our behalf (for example, our SMS/communications provider and email provider), who are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
- AT&T and our sales representatives, solely to fulfill the AT&T service or quote you requested.
- Legal & safety — when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
As stated above, mobile opt‑in and SMS consent are never shared with third parties, and no personal information is shared for third‑party marketing.
